Hibaj's Terms & Conditions — Fully in English

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between hibaj.ws ("hibaj", "we", "the platform") and its users ("members", "you"). hibaj is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and across the globe.

Hibaj's terms and conditions apply at all times — when browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or playing any game. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms.

To create an account on hibaj, you must provide accurate and truthful information — including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address. Accounts registered with false or incorrect information may be terminated at any time.

Each individual may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Hibaj may request the following documents at any time for identity verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Selfie or live photo (if required)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. hibaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for security purposes.

Hibaj currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted, though they may take a little longer to process. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

A few important things to keep in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If hibaj asks about the source of your funds, you must provide a satisfactory response.

Withdrawals on hibaj require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. For bKash and Nagad, funds usually arrive within 30 minutes on average.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• VIP members enjoy faster processing and higher limits.

If a withdrawal appears suspicious, hibaj may request additional verification. Members must respond within 7 business days, or the request will be cancelled.

Hibaj offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, daily cashback, reload bonus, and special event bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General rules regarding bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• To use a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x).
• The full bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• You cannot activate another bonus while one is already active, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses not used within the specified time period will expire automatically.

Hibaj has separate rules for Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games. However, the following general rules apply to all betting:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hibaj reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For cricket result determination, the decision of the ICC or the relevant cricket board is final.
• If a match is abandoned or stopped unexpectedly mid-way, bets will be settled in accordance with hibaj's policy.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will stand.
• If manipulation is detected across multiple accounts on the same event, all associated bets will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibaj and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in any form of manipulation or match-fixing to influence betting outcomes.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to hibaj's systems.

Breaching these rules may result not only in account closure, but also legal action if warranted.

Members can request account closure at any time — simply email support@hibaj.ws and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Hibaj may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Direction from legal authorities.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

If an account is closed, hibaj will determine the treatment of any remaining balance based on the nature of the violation. Minor violations may result in the balance being returned, while serious violations may lead to forfeiture.

Hibaj believes betting is a form of entertainment — not addiction. That's why we provide members with the following self-protection tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount within a given time period.
• Time Limit: Set your daily session time limit.
• Taking a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
